TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Unislots Casino platform (the "Platform" or "Services"), including, without limitation, any software, mobile app, games, features, functions and other content contained on or made available through the Platform. (c) Notwithstanding clause (b), ensuring that the computer or mobile device you use is secure and protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

3. AGE AND IDENTITY VERIFICATION

You must be at least 18 years old to register an account with us, or such higher age as may be required in your jurisdiction. By registering for an account, you warrant that:

(a) You are of sufficient age to lawfully use the Services;

(b) Your access to and use of the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable laws in your country.

You agree to provide proof of identity and date of birth as reasonably requested from time to time. You must also ensure that all information provided to us about you is accurate, complete and up-to-date at all times.

4. DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

The Operator may vary the terms and conditions applicable to deposits and withdrawals from time to time without notice. The minimum deposit amount for each method of payment may be specified by the Operator and will appear on the relevant webpage or as otherwise notified to you when you attempt to make a deposit.

5. CANCELATIONS AND RETURNS

If an account is canceled, all funds held in your User Account at that time will be returned less any amounts owed or deductions authorized under these Terms. Notwithstanding clause (a), the Operator may suspend your access to and use of the Platform if:

(a) You breach these Terms;

(b) Your actions are deemed by the Operator to have been carried out with dishonest intent, manipulation or in a manner detrimental to other Users.

6. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

The Operator supports responsible gaming practices and encourages all Users to play responsibly and within their means. The following tools are available on our Platform:

(a) Deposit limits: These can be set by logging into your User Account through the online control panel;

(b) Time-outs: A cooling-off period where you agree not to participate in games or use any services for a certain period of time, which may range from one day up to 30 days.

7. GAMING DISCIPLINE

If we suspect that your gaming activities have resulted in excessive losses due to pathological addiction, emotional factors, stress, financial difficulties and other irresponsible behavior patterns then we will take actions under the guidance provided by leading organizations as applicable depending on country or jurisdiction regulations:

(a) Notifying you of the risks involved in such behaviors;

(b) Advising responsible sources for additional support.

8. ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

We may restrict your access to certain products, services or areas of our Platform if we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

(a) You are attempting to circumvent any regulatory restrictions on account openings;(b) You are attempting to create multiple accounts in breach of this provision;

(c) We suspect you may be a pathological gambler.

9. PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS

All payment transactions between the Operator and you will be governed by:

(a) These Terms;(b) Our General Payment terms as applicable.

You acknowledge that if any dispute arises under or connected to these Payment Terms, it shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with our Policy as set out below, unless otherwise specified by relevant law.
